The paper "Implement Transformational Leadership and Effect on Patient, Staff in Healthcare Centers" is an inspiring example of a dissertation on management.

Aim: This work examines scholarly works surrounding the impact of transformational leadership and the effect produced on patient outcomes in healthcare institutions.

Background: In the wake of the economic crises that impact negatively the healthcare sector, upcoming retirements for leaders, and forecasted drop in the volume of the healthcare workforce, transformational leadership is critical. Criticality also arises from stressful environments of work. From this perspective of future crises, the implementation of effective strategies of management in the healthcare sector is paramount. Nonetheless, there is a gap between the known aspects of the bond between patient outcomes and nursing leadership.

Methods: The study selects only studies published in English and investigating the bond between patient outcomes and nursing leadership in outpatient primary care settings. In addition, the study design involved both the RTCs as well as observational studies. The studies that qualified for inclusion passed the Hawker’s Assessment Tool (HAT) and were selected from databases because of their relevance to clinical experiments on human subjects.

Results: Using the search strategy developed for this study gives 15 studies for inclusion. Present evidence indicates that a solid affiliation between positive patient outcomes and transformational leadership. For example, transformational leadership associates positively with three variables of patient outcome; patient mortality, patient satisfaction, and adverse effects.

Conclusions: The findings of this research project indicate a positive bond between several patient outcomes and nursing leadership. However, the study implicates future examination of the approaches of leadership that test how transformational leadership influences patient outcomes.

Implications of the findings to the nursing management: Individual and organizational efforts in the development of transformational leadership support the strategies by organizations towards the betterment of patient outcomes.
